Receptionist Job Duties:

Greet and announce customers, vendors and other visitors.

Answer, screen and announce incoming calls. Route to the
appropriate designation.

Handle general telephone inquiries.

Order office supplies for office, taking the initiative to
ensure supplies are always available and fully stocked as well
coffee stations.

Maintain postage machine, stamps and supplies.

Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
-
Provide support to administrative staff by assisting with
clerical responsibilities.

Distribute Federal Express and UPS packages to appropriate
departments and individuals.

Distribute checks for brokers and employees.
-
Maintain and distribute company phone lists.
-
Maintain professional appearance of front office.
-
Any other project as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
Some experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Outlook); Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to learn
new office software as required; ability to prioritize and
multi-task; ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
