For more than 30 years Asphalt Specialists, Inc. continues to exceed with high-quality work and impeccable customer service. Our success is thanks to the loyalty and commitment of our employees which have led us to be one of the best asphalt companies in southeast Michigan. ASI is growing stronger than ever in this 2021 season and we are looking to hire experienced Asphalt Roller Operators, Paver Operators, Heavy Equipment Operators, Asphalt Laborers and Excavation Laborers to be part of the best team.

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience raking asphalt.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
  • Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Willing to work overtime.
  • Always follow the dress code and proper use of PPE.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team to efficiently complete jobs to the highest customer satisfaction.
