Asphalt Roller Operator

Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to be part of the best team. The roller operator will complete the compaction of the surface asphalt material to desired finish using specialized, high impact equipment such as a vibrator roller, one-ton finish roller, hand roller, tamper, etc.

Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience as a roller operator.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Follow directions of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job site.
• Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Always follow the dress code and proper use of PPE.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as a team to efficiently complete jobs to the highest customer satisfaction.
